Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Return Process

To return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You should send the item to: 17 Strathclyde Gardens, Cambuslang, G72 7ET, United Kingdom.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mrmohameahmed293@outlook.com or call 070 3926 5116 with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exclusions

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
